What are the shipping options and rates?

We currently offer Canada Post’s Xpresspost (2-4 business days) for $19.99 CAD. We offer free shipping to orders with a total of $149 CAD or over.

When does my order ship?

All orders with completed payments received by 9AM PST will be shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 9AM PST will be shipped out the following business day.

Do you ship with a signature requirement option?

Yes, please select this option at checkout if you want to require a signature upon delivery of your package.

How can I track my package?

You can track your order on our site by clicking here, or you can go directly to the Canada Post tracking page and enter your tracking number.

What is FlexDelivery?

FlexDelivery is a Canada Post service that allows you to ship your package to one of over 6000 Canada Post Office locations throughout Canada to be picked up by you at your convenience. Register for free on Canada Post to use a FlexDelivery address as your shipping address. This is a great option for those who do not wish to receive delivery at their own residences. Learn more about FlexDelivery.

What is Safe Drop?

Safe Drop is a delivery option offered by Canada Post. If you have Safe Drop selected with your order, and there is no one at your address to accept delivery, the courier will leave the package in a safe location outside your address such as the backdoor or porch. If Safe Drop is not selected, your package will be brought to a post office near your address, and you will need to go there to pick it up. Safe Drop offers the convenience of not having to go to the post office to pick up your order if no one is home, but it comes with the small potential risk of theft since the package is left outside.
